My stay was fantastic, as the hotel is super close to music row and just a short stroll to centennial park, making it easy to soak up the city's vibrant energy. the comfortable king room I stayed in added to the overall pleasant experience, perfect for my weekend adventures exploring the local culture.

The room was nice and clean. I appreciated the convenience of having a Starbucks nearby for my morning coffee. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore many attractions, and I enjoyed walking to several nearby restaurants. I also found the outdoor pool and fitness center helpful for staying on track with my routine during the visit.

The service at the front desk was lacking. Staff did not engage with guests and did not provide clear information about the hotel layout. There were long waits for valet service when getting the car.

my family and I had a great stay at the courtyard! the pools and gym were really nice. the lobby area was clean, and the staff was always helpful, especially at the bistro. we loved that it was close to hattie b's and lots of other excellent restaurants and bars. plus, our queen room with a balcony was spacious and cozy!
